Creme Brulee pudding powder is a surprisingly good addition to teas creating a pudding topping which pairs incredibly well with milk teas.

It comes in the form of powder which is blended with milk and cream to create a deliciously moreish topping

Suitable for:

Usage and servings:

1. Mix 100ml cream with 200ml milk and pour into a pot, heating it to 60-70°C before turning off heat

2. Slowly mix in 100g powder until completely dissolved (1-2 mins)

3. Pour the mixture into a container and leave at room temperature until cool

4. Place the container into a refrigerator (4°C) and wait until the pudding solidifies (add fresh vanilla bean seeds if preferred)

5. Once set, it is ready to serve. Use within 2-3 days

Storage instructions:

  • Ambient storage away from direct sun and light until opened
  • Once opened, store in an airtight container and use within 1 month

PUD8 - Whitener [Glucose Syrup, Fully Hydrogenated Palm Oil, Sodium Caseinate (Milk), Emulsifier (Dipotassium Phosphate, Diacetyl Tartaric Acid Esters of Mono-and Diglycerides), Anti-caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Colour: E160b (Oil-soluble Annatto), Vanilla Aldehyde], Sugar, Corn Starch, Glucose, Flavour, Thickener (Carrageenan, Locust Bean Gum), Foaming Agent (Potassium Chloride), Thickener (Xanthan Gum), Acidity Regulator (Monopotassium Phosphate), Colour: E102 (Tartrazine), Colour: E110 (Sunset Yellow FCF)
