A great addition to Bubble Teas, these classic translucent sago pearls are made with 100% tapioca starch and are sealed in 500g bags with approx. 15-20 servings (cooked 50g servings).
Our Sago Pearls must be cooked in boiling water for around 10-15 minutes, stirring regularly. Once the pearls have been strained and rinsed with cold water, it is ready to use.
Most people love the gummy, soft and chewy texture:
