Cream foam topping powder is a surprisingly good addition to teas creating a vanilla foam top which pairs incredibly well with milk teas.
It comes in the form of powder. Whip cream into firm peaks before adding whole milk. Mix the two together before blending with foam powder and adding to tea tops.
